    Almonds are packed with vitamins, minerals, protein and fiber, and are associated with a number of health benefits. Just a handful of almonds, approximately one ounce, contains one-eighth of our necessary daily protein.

    1 ounce (28 grams, or small handful) serving of almonds contains:

        Fiber: 3.5 grams.

        Protein: 6 grams.

        Fat: 14 grams (9 of which are monounsaturated).

        Vitamin E: 37% of the RDA.

        Manganese: 32% of the RDA.

        Magnesium: 20% of the RDA.

        They also contain a decent amount of copper, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and phosphorus.


    • Steep 2-4 almonds in water overnight,peel them in the morning and grind them with 1-2 seeds of black pepper & sugar candy in to a fine paste. Take this mixture on an empty stomach in the morning for physical strength & memory.

    • Crush 100g each of almonds,currants,dry dates,dry coconut along with 400g roasted grams & 800g sugar candy and store it in a clean jar give 20g to 50g of this mixture to your children in breakfast for good memory & health.
